Operational framework and user responsibilities for the WORKS internal e-service.
01 Purpose and Scope
WORKS is an official internal e-service of CHED RO V for managing workforce records. These terms govern all usage of the system by authorized personnel.
02 Authorized Access
Access is strictly limited to authorized CHED RO V personnel. Credentials must not be shared. Unauthorized access attempts are monitored and logged.
03 Biometric Processing
Personnel acknowledge that their attendance is tracked via integrated biometric devices and stored within WORKS for administrative and payroll purposes.
04 Data Accuracy
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of manually submitted accomplishment reports. System discrepancies should be reported immediately.
05 Intellectual Property
All software, system designs, and internal content are the intellectual property of the Commission on Higher Education – Regional Office V.
06 Administrative Authority
CHED RO V administration maintains full authority to audit, modify, or suspend system access as necessary for operational integrity.
