WORKS collects and processes personal and professional data of CHED RO V personnel, including but not limited to full names, personnel IDs, biometric attendance logs (timestamps), absence records, and work accomplishments.

02. Biometric Data

Biometric data captured by authorized devices is processed to generate unique internal identifiers for attendance verification. WORKS strictly stores only the resulting time logs and identifiers, ensuring that raw biometric templates are handled according to the device security protocols.

03. Purpose & Legal Basis

Data is processed for the purpose of workforce management, administrative reporting, and compliance with government civil service rules on attendance. The legal basis for processing is the performance of internal government functions and employment contract requirements.

04. Storage & Security

All records are stored securely on authorized servers managed by CHED RO V. We implement appropriate organizational, physical, and technical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, or destruction.

05. Rights & Contact

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, personnel have the right to access their own records, request corrections to inaccuracies, and lodge a complaint regarding any privacy concerns through the CHED Data Protection Officer.
